Snowmobile Safari

By snow mobile you will se a lot of the mountain area in three days…. Mountains, valleys and extensive views. We will surely see reindeer, not to speak of elk! If we’re lucky we’ll see traces from some of our predators. Maybe we’ll even get a look og the wolverine or the lynx. We bring our fishing equipment in case we feel like fishing.

Day 1
We start from Nikkaluokta, which is our starting-point. We’ll start driving the snow mobiles up tp the mountains, looking around in the surroundings. Then we’ll have lunch in a beautiful spot. After that we’ll drive more snow mobile and enjoy the countryside. In the evening we’ll go to the Skártta-cottage. There we’ll have a nice dinner and take a bath in the sauna.

Day 2
We’ll drive to Kårtjevuolle, a place where the Sami are staying during a period of the year. After investigating it, we’ll go ice fishing in a lake called Gávguljávri.

Day 3
More snow mobile and ice fishing before we go back to Nikkaluokta, heading home again.
